    Did the "supporters" boo them?

I predicted to my new found twitter friends (lol in now a Twit hehe) the Tahrds would kick and the Canes would pounce and demolish them running counter attack in circumstances eerily reminiscent of our game, the difference being the Tahrds had our game on rape to learn a thing or two ie don't kick the canes the ball.

Is this how it turned out? The score was bad enough to suggest so

Yep good old kicking again especially the first half.
Let's hope Au rugby can come away from the tests with some positive direction.

But not on the real log. It's crucial for the boys to beat the Blues in Auckland. They are on the up are a rough chance of doing the Brumbies at home next month. I don't see the Rabble winning another game so we can still get the bastards.

To finish up above the Rebels would be a sweet victory given the financial leg-up they've been given as compared to us!!

We could well finish above both Tahrds and rabble if we pinch a win in NZ, but Auckland has not been a happy hunting ground and Saders are looking ominous after that aberation against rabble.

We won't beat the saders and even I count us as underdogs against the Blues and Brums. Neither are impossible, Blues more likely the way they've been playing.

I think the brums will squeeze past us at home, not so much because they're a heap better than us, but because we don't have any potency in the backline yet.

    We are on 27 points (3 wins, 2 byes, 2 4T BPs, 5 <7 BPs).

    Tahs are on 30 (4 wins, 1 bye, 3 4T BPs, 7 <7 BPs)

    Rebels are on 29 (4 wins, 2 byes, 2 4T BPs, 3 <7 BPs)

The Rebels have the Reds, Lions and Stormers to play. They should beat the Lions, but it will be a Jo'burg game and the Lions will be very hungry for a win. I reckon at best they'll end on 34.

Tahs have it much easier. A bye and then the Brumbies and the Reds. The fans will get a much needed week off with the bye. I reckon they'll take one of the Brumbies or the Reds to finish on about 39.

We've got the Brumbies and then the Blues and Crusaders. I'd be happy with one win and a couple of bonus points. I honestly think we will take the Brumbies down in Perth. The Blues is a possible but unlikely game. The best we could probably hope for from the Crusaders is a bonus point. I hope we also finish on 34.

That would be very unlikely. We are 8 points ahead of the Blues and 7 ahead of the Lions. The Lions have the Stormers, Rebels and Bulls. Unlikely that there would be two wins in that. The Blues have a bye, us and the Brumbies. On current form, it seems unlikely that the Blues will get 2 from 2. But even if they got max points in their final two rounds, we would be ahead with one win from our last three and a couple of bonus points.

We might be in luck with the way that the new conference system works. It would be very, very hard to back the Force to win in Christchurch in the final round, so would the Crusaders rest a few key players for the first round of finals the next week? The Stormers are ahead and have three easier games in the Lions, Rebels and Cheetahs so they should stay ahead. The Chiefs are 7 points ahead and face the Highlanders, Hurricanes and Crusaders. There has got to be a win or two there. So if they won't get the break that the top 2 get, will they rest a few against us?
