Reds are a championship team, its only natural that other teams will throw big money in an attempt to recruit championship players. Im not concerned, the back-row is one position that im confident the Reds have depth in to cover especially in the young talent department.

Higgers is obviously a good Super Rugby player, and he has hit a purple path of form in 2012 after improving his lineout and work in tight..

But the Reds have 2 very talented blindside/number 8 players sitting on the bench in Ed Quirk and Jake Shatz, it would be a loss, but not a irreplaceable one.

Shatz is definetly a talent, his not the ball running lineout specialist that Higgers has evolved to, but his workrate and effort in the tight is very good.
