    Boos etc

Its bad enough that it's become common practice by some of the "fans" to boo the opposition kicks but the stadium speakers playing you don't always get want is embarrassing (especially when we are losing)

the last couple of weeks - I have listened to the game via ABC Radio. The on ground DJ certainly leaves a lot to be desired. I cant tell if he/she is trying to be funny/ironic or something else entirely.

Most of the booing last night I thought came from the feral bandwagon Chiefs supporters at the shed end of the ground

Agree re the stadium announcer!! I thought he was really uncool last week at the Reds game when he kept giving their score as "nothing" rather than "nil"!! That's not rugby imo!!

And the booing and general behaviour of the Chiefs fans last night sucked!! Not quite as bad as the abuse I got from the Canes fans a few weeks back but bad enough! So not cool!!

I was in the standing area with a few chief supporter mates. The majority of thm where there to support their team but a group of ferals who know squat about rugby just yelling SWB's name... A group in front of me even started to smoke during the game and thought it was funny thats the type of crap I dont like!

We had a couple of neanderthals in our block scream fuck you force every time we got the ball.

Made for a very pleasant experience. If they had been limp wristed tahs fans I would have gone over and said something, but I'm allergic to 7ft maori lads.

LOL! Yeah some of them were built like brick sh1t houses for sure!! I don't mind banter, that's fun, but it's the abuse, booing and all round poor sportsmanship that I hate. There's no place for it in rugby! Leave that for the soccer thugs!!

I must say that the Kiwi supporters in W4 were great only a couple of kids booing. but there was some very pi55ed kiwis going back up to Mt Lawley after the match.

Yup the booing was mostly kiwis in front of the shed (won't call them chiefs fans).

I don't mind the "cant always get what you want". Agree "nothing" comment was boorish.

I can't actually stand amplified announcer yelling or geeing, and half time drives me nuts

BISON!!!! I love halftime, I know I'm not missing anything worthwhile when I go to get a beer (or a coffee on the cold nights) and something to eat.

We had a row of smashed kiwis 2 down from us, 2 got thrown out for langauge, scearming at the top of his voice 'FORCE ARE A BUNCH OF WEAK C***S' every time we got the ball - on family day, no less, and we're got a whole block of little kids next to us. But they let him back in, and he kept going. And then another one tried to start a fight with the guy sitting infront of us, and was let back in having been thrown out. Was piss-poor effort by secuirty, seriously unimpressed.

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...
