Agree, terrible luck - he's a class act and had more than his fair share of injuries.
Must say I thought it was less. Maybe he played more away games.

Has played 60 of 89 on my count.
    Our 5th most capped player.

    5 Nathan Sharpe 85 Caps
    7 Matt Hodgson 77 Caps
    19 Richard Brown 68 Caps
    32 David Pocock 63 Caps
    22 Cameron Shepherd 60 Caps

With a "normal" injury load he would be up with Sharpie for sure.

And would likely be the incumbent Wallaby full back.

He was fantastic to watch when fit. If that's the end of his time with the Force he will be missed.
PS mrs Snob has wanted to adopt him since year one.

If the same question were asked of Mr & Mrs Shep, the answer is probably close to zero, including away games

Force lose Shepherd to another injury
    April 19, 2012 - 4:54PM

The on-again, off-again season of Cameron Shepherd has been turned off again, with the Western Force fullback set to miss the club's next five Super Rugby games with a wrist injury.

Shepherd was forced to undergo surgery after suffering a ligament tear in his right wrist during last week's 23-18 loss to the NSW Waratahs in Perth.

The 28-year-old has endured a wretched injury run this season, with an adductor strain restricting him to just two games before his latest setback.

The former Wallabies utility is forecast to miss matches against the Stormers, Cheetahs, Sharks, Rebels and Lions, returning after the competition's four-week break in late June.

The wrist injury comes at a sensitive time for Shepherd, who is in the final year of his contract with the Force.

Hmmm...bye this week plus a "four week break", I'm pissed as a fart ATM but does that mean he'll be available for last couple of games?
