Emirates Western Force players will be taking over McDonald’s stores across Perth this Saturday during McHappy Day to help raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
The Emirates Western Force and Ronald McDonald House have worked together for the betterment of sick children since 2009 and in that time the club has helped raise in excess of $100,000.
Emirates Western Force Captain, Nathan Sharpe, has been Patron of the Ronald McDonald Family Retreats program for the past three years and along with team mates frequently visit Ronald McDonald House and participate in fundraising and awareness activities.
McHappy Day is a major fundraising event where $2 from every Big Mac sold will be donated to the House. You can also donate further with Emirates Western Force players and McDonald’s staff rattling tins throughout the day.
Between 12.00 – 2.00pm players will be behind the counter, taking your orders at the drive through window and flipping burgers at various McDonald’s stores.
