We’re busy working towards our memberships for season 2012 so keep a look out in your letter box next week for your online renewal Password Advice Card, with a copy of the 2012 Super Rugby fixtures printed on the back.

Use this password in conjunction with your renewal invoice, which will also arrive in the coming weeks, to renew online the easy way with Account Manager at www.westernforce.com.au

My understanding is that renewals are to be returned before the end of October ?? Whilst I realise that membership renewals must proceed to some timeframe in time for next season, someone appears to have forgotten about a minor little tournament being held in New Zealand at the moment. What about those members who will be in New Zealand during October (and those who choose to stay on after the tournament) ?

Some arrangement needs to be in place to accommodate this event and it should be publicised so that suitable arrangements are made by those who wish to renew their memberships.

or maybe the point was more to do with how RWA should be facilitating the renewal of memberships and taking account of what is a major event in world rugby when planning renewals.

I heard this from WF Management today...

...."I just heard back from the Membership Team who will contact the administrator of TWF to give them an update. Memberships actually close on November 4 which is a similar membership period last year and from our experience proves to be the most convenient time for most of our members. We do realise that this will affect some of our fans so we are also keeping a register of people who have flagged that they are going to the World Cup so that they have every opportunity to renew their membership. So don’t panic, we won’t give your seat away. ....."
