I can't make the fund-raising lunch at JB's so have just donated the $100 to Nathan's charity instead.

BTW - Nathan is hoping to raise $1000 for Cystic Fibrosis by 17th June - tally to date is $760.

As reported above the final sum is just over $8000 which is an outstanding effort. I would like to thank everyone involved for their generosity with a special mention of the Publican Mr North for his venue

and staff, Kev the Winewiz for the superb wines and special offers and also Paul Hickey from Diagio (Guinness) for the pints and auction items

Also thanks to Nathan's Manager Mitch over in Sydney, Carrie from RugbyWA and our past and present players Brett Sheehan, Gene Fairbanks, Scott Staniforth and David Pusey

It was a really good day..had a great time..poured myself into a taxi to go to SJOGH to see my new Grand-daughter. Made it worthwhile for the taxi..I would never have made it if I'd tried to walk..

I now have 4 grand-daughters almost a Cheerleaders squad I'd say!!!

Shame about the game result..thought we had 'em there for awhile...
