Done the family thing today so just finished the IQ delayed viewing. You Feckin Beauty!!!!!!! Immediate thoughts:

Sharpie - controlled the lineouts from minute one "NOT STRAIGHT SIR". On the money all match - inspiring.
Cullett - cockie prematch interview (I was worried) but man did he deliver!! 9/10
K'Bomb awesome
Back row - solid especially McCalman
Dellit - very composed debut
Smith - needs to back himself more - more of the same please!!
Fox Sports Commentry - 80% of game expected huge Brunbies bias until Kearnsey begrudginly started to comment we were on wrong side of many decision. Where was Canno for objectivite views.
Ref: 3/10 for 80% of game, only when we got some calls our way the tide changed

As you know, dear reader, I am not one for negatively commenting on the match official, BUT........

What really sh1ts me with ANY rugby game is where the ref wimps out and calls for a scrum when a post-tackle ruck is not moving. There is a reason the ball doesn't emerge and it is usually because someone did not roll away. Penalise the player and it won't happen again, Sir.

What also sh1ts me is the Aussie Foxtel commentators and their (i) lack of law knowledge, and (ii) obvious bias against non-ES teams. (or is that non NSW/ACT teams)

that ref wasnt policing the tackler rolling away.. the brumbies did it all game.. he also pinged holding on when the player going in was resting his knees all over the tackled player.. a couple of times the tackler never released... HE was truly shocking at the breakdown... i must say seemed to get the scrums right for most of the game...
