Ok Rugby WA - you've had your fun at my expense, and in return I've been perhaps unnecessarily sarcastic about you. But your joke is now worn out.

The first home game has been and gone, and I still don't have my membership cards (that's plural, by the way).

You were very quick to debit my credit card way back in November (or whenever it was).

Can we fix this now? And by that I don't mean some sweet thing on your phone line taking my details and telling me that you'll get back to me.

People were picking up their membership cards at the Game on sat, call Rugby WA - they may be available this week too.

My wife and I received our gold membership merchandise packs by post. In one package the back of the cap says 'Member 2011', in the other there is nothing on the cap to indicate membership. A friend who sits next to us also has a blank one.

Anyone know anything about this? Sorry if it has been covered elsewhere, I did look but didn't spot anything.

Yeah - from the previous page:

Members Caps being with or without embroidery was a error on behalf of the supplier. As has been mentioned previously in this thread, you can exchange non-embroidered caps for the embroidered version, but due to the number of members this year numbers are limited, so get in quick if it bugs you enough to do something about it.

Personally I don't really care. I have "mint" caps from every year and having one without the embroidery will just give me a talking point to bore people with when I'm old and senile!

I went out to HQ yesterday and picked up my member cards and packs. Both caps had "Member 2011" on them

The 2 gold members cards arrived on Wednesday 23 March, plus a letter telling us that we can pick up our members' packs at selected Rebel Sports stores on or before Saturday 5 March.

What's this weekend? Round 6, isn't it?

I got my card a week after payment, cap etc meant to be delivered this week, two weeks after payment.
Obviously you fellas just aren't improntant enough.
