    Canberra Raider in awful allegation

    Dumbass

THE Canberra Raiders are investigating an alleged major incident involving a star player on the club's Mad Monday celebrations.

Raiders chief executive Don Furner has just held a press conference in Canberra to address an alleged photograph that has been doing the rounds in relation to a star player.

The NRL has launched an investigation into the incident.

Furner today claimed to be "dumbfounded " and "appalled" if the image is proven to be true - but stressed he was yet to see the photo personally.

The photo was posted on social network site Twitter by a Melbourne radio station but has since been removed.

''If he did it, it is something he will live with for the rest of his life," Furner said.

'We don’t know whether it's authentic but I am as appalled as everyone else.

"If he did do it, I don't know why he would do it."

The Raiders are continuing to investigate the photo and The Daily Telegraph will keep you updated as the story develops.

Stupid media. Its a prank in a private home, the club, the NRL or the police can't do shit.

This country is almost as bad as the USA when invading the privacy of famous people and expecting them to live as if they could be caught on film at any moment in their own homes.

Sure the guy is being a dumbass, but so what? It looks like a private residence. Should he also be prepared to be caught on camera when he is sleeping or showering in a private residence.

Anyone who thinks action should be taken due to this photo must agree with the above statement and is therefore just as perverted as the player in the photo.

I apologize if i am wrong about the photo being in a private place or something like that.

Strange idea of a 'prank'. Anyway it looks to me that he was well aware of the photo being taken which means he's not just sick but stupid. Just another example of the depths to which the NRL players have plunged in the name of 'bonding' ??

The picture isn't very clear, none of us know what exactly is the situation, i just thought prank was a good word to sum it up. If you don't want to use that word then don't.

Its still not in public, and even if he may of been aware of the photo being taken, so what? He is probably drunk of his face.

It still doesn't effect anyone, in any way. Harassing celebrities puts us on the same level as Americans.

The real question is, is it his dog?

If it is, then I really fail to see what he's done wrong...

Thats if you want to think of him as a celebrity. I'd prefer to think of him as a bogan. Does that apply to harassing bogans?
