went back to the physio on Friday and they said I also have torn cartilage ... or something ... so they have organised for me to get scans ... so hopefully I'll know whats going on soon!

LOL WRF not netball! ... in fact I have no idea how it happend ... and I wish I could say it must have happend on a drunken night out ... but i haven't had one of them for a long time! I was at the gym and I just started hurting :'( It may have been when I got out of bed half asleep (or awake ...) to chase the evil cat who kept waking me up :p

Tragic, that tube bandage stuff is crap hahaha pretty itchy too! I've had knee problems before, after three years of waiting I finally got to see a specialist, who took an x-ray and said there was nothing wrong with it ... but the funny thing was it still hurt! I love the public health system! But now I have private health cover! yay!

Hope it gets better soon, I was doing so well with my training! oh well I'll just have to play with my medicine ball ... its funny because it looks like a basketball ... but its heavy
