Yeah Guilford... where to start! Last year in the final match to decide who would win the league we were playing against guilford at guilford. When you personally win a Redmond I'll start to think about getting jealous Shaunmarn, the Hale rugby run has only been of recent years.
For a school that never encouraged State Reps (during the Dickinson years) we've had more than our fair share over the years and have little to be jealous of.
And we got a player in the Tahs and the Force before Hale too
My last post was a reference to the chant that all six other schools used to use together against Hale when they used to continually win the Inters Swimming by buying swimmers through the 80's.

I pretty much know the recent Hale record, it is admirable for sure.

Reflected glory is all very well but doesn't match having hoisted the Cup yourself
I will be pretty amazed if Scotch can beat the Hale XV but I'm sure it won't be from a lack of spirit or effort.

Burgs remember the good old days at school,changing in the Memo, running over to the Robinson oval and seeing Mic Malthouse checking out Banfield for the Eagles, and no one at school really caring how we went. My favourite was when the headmaster would skim past the rugby oval like it was unclean, although we were the only team winning that year. The year after you left was the best Trinity lost one match Scotch lost one last round of the year Scotch and Trinity at Trinityfor the Redmond cup well; we know what happened and the rest as they say is history.
