    AND WE WIN

    After a very scruffy game in which our defence was supreme...

    The Western Force defeated the Cheetahs 16-14.

    Awesome effort by the defence to win the game and reverse the result from the preseason friendly and...

    The best thing about it... we are not on the bottom atm.



    And I have to say, I am shattered... when we went up thanks to Staniforth, I started to reduce my fingernails to the quick... 10 minutes left in the match and how often had we cocked it up and lost the game at that point... but the defence held and we won

    Once again... an awesome effort by the lads

    The GORILLA is finally off the back and they can now play their natural game to finish the season next week.
    Plenty of time to analyze what was a pretty terrible display of rugby by both sides and the Ref but, a win is a win and we all deserve 24 hours of revelry anyway!!!

    Well It's 8:00am - Shasta finished night shift at 5. Listened to that crap commentary on 90.5 'till half time at work and jacked it in - didn't have a clue what the state of play was. Thank God! Mrs Shasta taped the game and I just had a few beers and watched it..........

    Better get to bed now..........nah bugger it 5 days off now - think I'll celebrate with just one more beer well maybe 2
