I wonder if that's why he was originally suspended? I can't imagine Growden & Co letting that go through to the keeper.

I had considered something similar but they usually report drink driving- even if the player's retired in the case of Elton Flatley. Probably more likely to be speeding fines and/or the lesser drink driving offences > 0.08 which I don't think are immediate suspensions but a lot of points off.
