I've been thinking this over and I'll tell you what I'm prepared to do..

I'll be Spanners "Personal Berater".

After every game I'll tell him where I think he went wrong and what he 'shoulda done'.

I think every player would love to have their own personal critic to berate them after every game, especially if I can do it from the side-line in an armchair while waging my finger at him. (if I could manage to froth at the mouth at the same time, all the better.)

...this may just be the clincher....
