No doubt his lawyers will blame everyone....but the person who committed the alleged crime...!!!

He has become nothing short of fantastic (and earnt me 140 points in the fantasy team this week) since the laptop incident. If all it took was nicking a laptop and a bit of contract jeopardy, someone else can nick mine!!

I'm with TOCC on this one- it doesn't make sense. Drunk and stupid leads someone to do something like that but not any kind of malice. I'm sure most (or at least some) people on here have had one of those nights when you can remember the first hour and little bits of the last hour but everything inbetween is a big blur. You don't just fall down and go to sleep.

I'm not saying QC shouldn't get punished in some way, just that intent is 9/10ths of the law IMHO.

As I've said before, for all his talent, he is a troubled soul, and therefore trouble for any club that signs him. Would he be playing so well WITHOUT the motivation he now has? As we have shown this season, we have great talent right under our noses. They just need to be given a chance and nurtured.
