Good Sh*t Eh? (crowd & sheehan)

Well, im going to start my own thread to post about the two thing i really enjoyed about the game last night.

    1.

The CROWD!!! YeeHAA! So good to finally hear everyone yell there guts out! It was great and a huge atmosphere to be part of. you could really feel the excitement build when the boys were getting close to the try line, or an attacking position. not sure about the booing of mitchell... though im pretty sure i booed him, i did however give a polite clap when it had been ruled a try, as it was a great pick up, even though he is a turd.

    2.

Sheehan... Well this is exactly the sort of mongrel needed in the team, he is in everything! loved it, may not be the best halk in the comp, but he puts it all on the line week in week out, and i'd rather him than someone who pussy foots about. i think he had a great game, and has been a standout for the force this season. He should be fairly high up in the rankings this season (just needs to work on his boxes...)

if you want to be negative and bitch and moan, put it in another thread, theres plenty going around...

post if you like were things are going...

Sheehan - Brilliant, Halfback of the weekend second to Fourie Du Preez
Ryan Tyrrell - Well done definite prospect as Force starting Hooker
Sharpie - Well what can I say
Spanner - Sign him up untill at least end of 2011
Hill - 100% improvement from last week
JOC - Just pass the ball a bit more to your outside backs and you will have a perfect score form me
Bart - Much better overall game
Matt Hodgson - Without him we will be lost definite player of the year contender
John Mitchell - 10/10 for sticking with the same team as last week. it just shows you what it means to a player if you show believe in him.

Overall I think we can make a game of it against the Bulls. Just stay calm and play the same as against the tahs

If will all come together in the end

If only we placed Barnes under more pressure I think we could have won it He was one big error walking around and we never even tried to rattle him

A real positive out of the game was Tyrrell. I think he was mentioned in another thread but definitely worth mentioning again. After his poor line - out throws last week to be able to turn it around in the space of just one week and only his second run-on start in S14, it was fantastic. I think he nailed every throw which is something guys who have been playing at this level for years find hard to do. This is going to do wonders for his confidence and self-belief and I look forward to seeing him grow as a player at this level.

Must also mention Whittaker who came on towards the end and I remember he had the throw-in for an attacking line-out 5 metres out from their line and he nailed it as well!... obviously been doing a lot of work on it during the week and the hard work has paid off...

    Is he Africen?

    I mean from Afrika?

He puts on good posts anyway. Good knowledge of the game, like most bok fans though.

Absolutely. Not just cheering, but laughing out loud.

What a great intercept it was. One could say he read it like a book. Saw the pass coming, stepped in between, bang... Intercept... Try... It just looked so SIMPLE for him. I could relive it over and over again...

The cynic in me says it was a whole lot of luck. We was moving in for the tackle and the ball just... well... it just got passed right to him.
