    David Hill, the verdict...

It was noted that at times during the match he was MIA, also got carded. Is he the real deal or just another over the hill journeyman?

    Thoughts people?

I'm starting to worry. Hill was OK, seemed to be a good kicker and didn't leave any gaping holes in the middle of the line.....I thought that would be enough, but it clearly wasn't.

We desperately need to get Dane out of the starting 15, he's just not making good decisions at the moment.

we are similarly desperate for the return of Bam and Browny, our pack with a front row full of experience was beaten bu a bunch of no-names.......OK they've been giant killers so far, but that's cold comfort when we're playing the giants next week.

I am starting to wonder whether we'll see a home win this season!

With only 8 matches left, do we really have the luxury of time?

I say just throw JOC in at 10 and let him learn.

    The season is gonski anyway.

As mentioned in a previous thread

I Thought Hill was fine.. i didnt see him make any mistakes... the Carding was suss
and there is only so much you can do with limited ball deep in your 22 for 60mins of the game. and throwing it wide all the time is a recipe for disaster with our fragile defence at the minute.

I say give him a fair go.. He is far more composed than Harris or Bart and with good ball he has potential to be exciting.. We need Pocock and Brownie back and we need 100% improvement at the lineout.. and then we will start winning games...

His kicking was excellent, he was not a weakness in defence. He was fine. He didnt set the world on fire, but given we were defending most of the match, his kicking got us out of pressure situations several times.

He is a keeper at least for this season (what can we find for next?), plus he will only get better as he gets more game time with the lads.

Now in my moleskin trousers and my Williams boots
Aboard an outlaw as he leaves the chutes
In my goose neck spurs I rake their fiery hide
And the girls all shouting around the ringside
Oh he's the Fulla from Cunnamulla
    Yeah he's the Cunnamulla Fulla

From my seat at Suncorp yesterday I though that he put in a pretty solid performance.
The hookers need to throw to the line out and not over the heads to the back, even in training neither one landed a ball where it should have thrown to.

I must say now that the touchy on our side (Dickinson) missed about three high tackles on JOC, in fact the one that got Sheehan binned was no where near as bad.

Other tahn that the rest of the game was shite, roll on next week.

Bronski and the other accounts (yea some people use 3 ), who think they are white knights making bulk threads about how screwed we are ect... Your opinions are just about as worthless as Mudskippers now, your all a bunch of 2 faced nobs who don't know anything about rugby and probably havent played a game in years.

So far this week i have remember people saying:

JM is crap at coaching (not 100% true, simply if you think he can't coach you don't know what your talking about.) Please don't reply telling us why he is bad again, your only arguments are also things you know nothing about ie, defense, handling ect.....

Force will not win a game this season (seriously how can you say this and expect anyone to take you seriously ) Whether we do or not, saying it now is just a sad attempt at wanting to say "i told you so" later on...

Hill is crap (he has played one game, you must have not watched it closely either).

Lastly, i find it funny how all these people complaining about defense will be screaming for JOC at 10, when he was missing the tackles on the inside

Then you all say "oh this is a rugby site, why don't you want to hear about the bad things about the team, you must all be wearing force blinkers, duhhhhh". There is a difference between talking out your arse and discussing what is wrong with the team. And if you think all these massive issues like coaching and playing problems happen in 4 rounds, you need to try again....

That is just a few things off the top of my head. And exactly why no one cares what you post anymore, which probably explains all the multis. And if any of the wannabee trolls reply i'll make my own account and show you how its done

Anyway, getting to the point. I think if the force win a game this season all of these people get banned. If they are as smart as they tell me then the force wont win and they are free to stay.
