    Where are they going wrong

Having watched this match today I think we have a great group of players but just can't put the finger on where the boys are going wrong.
Some brilliance from all players at times
The team seems to rely on JOC to much he was playing to many positionsand he is always looking at the play and gets into position at the right times. Just wish some of our forwards could escape tackles like him
The scrum held up well in the front and was tight.
we just need some one to get the ball out to the backs quicker.
I have to say that I wont give up on the boys but I think it is back to the change shed with some oranges and a closed door so the boys can work it out.
I think Mitchell and the coaching staff need to walk away and let the players make some calls and then report to the coach what the plan is.
some players need to stand up and lead

The Force are just not gelling come on lads work it out

it might not be Mitch's fault.. we arent playing with a full strength team. that could be the issue

Don't know about them but I really want a beer after watching that ....

to many changes we need a plan and to stick to it - to much pressure on these young lads to step up all at once is not helping.

Good news is that we look no worse than the Reds last season

I'd bring in Kafer, he applied to be the coach afterall but then went to Foxsports after he was knocke back, by Kearns no less!

How about Sharpe doing a Vettori? Captain/coach/selector all rolled into one.

    @ The Queerone -

"Good news is that we look no worse than the Reds last season"

The Reds had won one from three at the same time last season and went on to win against the Sharks a couple of weeks later. There were positive signs for the Reds last year, but they just weren't putting it together in the forwards.

so the fact we havent had complete backline all season. or the same backline for consecutive games has nothing to do with it?

or the fact we're missing half our starting team due to injuries?
or when we get short term contracted players to help us out and they make mistakes?

    where are they going wrong?
consistency - which is beyond our control this season
too much dependance on a few players

    i know this.
but in the previous 4 we havent had this many injuries to a starting side.
so part of the problem is depth?

the lack of a consistent team sheet is still a huge part of the issue.
and the loan/rescue/short term players need time to adjust to the other boys. and the other boys need time to adjust to them.

it takes more than a week.
