    Dragons roll out impressive trial team

    St George Illawarra has named a strong squad for its first NRL preseason trial against Parramatta in Perth this Sunday.

    Regular NRL first graders Darius Boyd, Ben Hornby, Ben Creagh, Jeremy Smith, Nathan Fien and Jason Nightingale will all make the trip west for the season opener.

    Joining them will be new recruits Michael Greenfield and Junior Paulo, while the team will be coached by assistant Steve Price with regular boss Wayne Bennett leading the NRL All Stars team on Saturday.

    Dean Young, Jarrod Saffy, Brett Morris, Neville Costigan and Michael Weyman will all miss the match with injuries while Jamie Soward and Matt Cooper will join Bennett on the Gold Coast for the All Stars match.

    The Eels squad will feature Kiwi international Krisnan Inu as well as Kris Keating, Jeff Robson, Dan Mortimer and former Dragon Justin Poore.

    Parramatta: Tom Humble, Etu Uaisele, Krisnan Inu, Jono Wright, Tim Mortimer, Dan Mortimer, Kris Keating, Jeff Robson, Dom Nasso, Justin Poore, Tim Mannah, Fuifui Moimoi, Shane Shackleton, Feleti Mateo, Justin Horo, Taniela Lasalo, Anthony Mitchell, Tim Robinson, Pele Peletelese, Mitchell Allgood, Brendan Oake.

    Dragons: Darius Boyd, Ben Hornby, Dan Hunt, Ricky Thorby, Ben Creagh, Michael Lett, Trent Merrin, Jeremy Smith, Michael Greenfield, Jack Bosden, Matt Prior, Nathan Fien, Beau Henry, Jake Marketo, Bronx Goodwin, Jon Green, Luke Priddis, Kyle Stanley, Jason Nightingale, Nick Emmett, Junior Paulo, Peni Tagive.

    I know we have an "Other Sports" forum, and I guess that means there should probably be at least some vague expectation that it may be used occaisionally from time to time - however, I see words and letters on the screen in the above post, but just don't understand what they mean?

    To quote a great man (well, a 12 year old apparently) "What is this?"
