Now I remember why I didn't think much of Jones. He likes his own voice too much has opinions on everything and dribbles on. Now has the gall to complain (whinge) about the Aussie press treating a touring party badly (yes holes antics are stupid) especially about scrums. Every newspaper in England pre wallabies tour smashes the wallabies scrum as weak and all the rest.

That's part of the advantage of playing on home soil twat.

He's still in the running for the Fiji sevens squad for the Olympics, although from reports I've read he's not covered himself in glory in his cameos so far. It'd be a shame if an established player missed out because Fiji wanted a 'star name'.

Not sure he'd be able to get back into the NFL. The 49ers didn't seem heartbroken that he left. He did well in picking up the game in one off-season, and we don't know how much he'd improve given a second off-season; but whether any team would want to invest the time and effort finding out when they can recruit an equivalent player out of college, I don't know.

Thing is Fiji has a squadron of 'star names' who they called up from European rugby for the final two legs of the World Series and performed a lot better than him. Only something like half the members of the current Fiji training squad will make the Olympics and I'll be shocked if he's one of them - too much at stake for a country that's never won a medal and is favourite for the gold.

I miss Chook, Force Addict and Laura. I wonder what they are up to these days. Maybe Chook has seen the light and is now a Force fan.
