Yip that is my plan I have the basic idea of how it all goes together and I have installed windows 7 onto my current array of PC's so that will help as well

I was hoping someone can help with cheap places to buy spares and so far the info the guys and girls on here have given has helped a lot

Cheapest core i7 system complete so far is $1500 (Foxcomp)

I Just built an i7 machine and it set me back $2000. The thing with getting cutting edge gear is not all things are compatible. PLE is like coles they will sell you the stuff cheap but won't take the time to help you. I got my gear from Storm Computers they will help you and if anything does go wrong they will swap it for something compatible no worries. you might pay a little more but the safety net is worth it.

Buy antivirus software before you even connect it to the net...

The best defence is a decent firewall, stay away from dodgy websites (porn and pirate software espesially) and also do not download(torrents) or open junk
