It's the RugbyWA referees appointment email, Brian.

The Shorter Red and Yellow Breasted Lower Abyssinian Kim Bird to which you refer wouldn't squawk to me even if I attached his testicles to a car battery.

Actually, I must try that one day ...

    Shouldn't that be Abysmilian

    Abysmal:
1 a: having immense or fathomless extension downward, backward, or inward <an abysmal cliff> : immeasurably low or wretched

    Sorry. A bit harsh.

    Waneroo beat Uni in 1sts. I can't remember the score...46-28 I think.
Was a good game, great to see the backs run with the ball when they got it. 2 or 3 yellow cards to the Roo Dogs.
In 2nds Waneroo won as well but I have no idea what that score was.

i think 2nds was 13-10, the prediction in the first post was basicly the match report for first grade.

Results are in for 1sts and enetered in the tipping database (which in turn updates the ladder on the main TWF page front)

    UWA 28 v Wanneroo 46
    Cottesloe 10 v Perth Bayswater 30
    Nedlands 27 v Associates 36
    West's Subiaco 21 v Rockingham 29
    Kalamunda 19 v Palmyra 32

Obviously no home ground advantage to be had this week - all winning teams picked up a 4 try bonus point too!

There's been a bit of movement at the toip of the tipping ladder again with dark horse Johnex coming in to take a narrow lead in front of Pieter and Fulvio.

    1 johnex 168
    2 pieter blackie 157
    3 fulvio sammut 149
    4 liven it up 148
    5 goony 122
