You just need to do your happy hour research. When I used to work there a bit, there was this one pub which allowed us to call and pre-book happy hour drinks so they'd be on the tab at happy hour prices when we turned up later in the evening. They also sold the best Guinness in Singapore.

i would have a nice holiday regardless of where i am staying. because the bunkhouse isnt that bad of a place to stay, its spotless, self contained and fully furnished with entertainment facilities.

i would only be sleeping there if i was there anyway(as there is loads to do in singapore, many pubs to visit, and an amazing zoo). i wouldnt want to go OTT on accomodation, drinks are expensive in singapore! if there is a comfortable place i could stay in for free, you bet i am going to take adgantage of it. it isnt like i would be bringing anyone home with me one of the nights i was there, even if i wasnt in a relationship. because you cant tell who is a female from one who used to be a male in asia anymore...


i'd wager that the bunkhouse has better accomodation than a lot of places in singapore
