One does not like to boast - but when one has the goods it's good to share the good news around - seriously a lot of this stuff has been happening in the background especially the clubhouse for so long no-one actually believed it was actually going to happen but now at last there is a light at the end of the tunnel - rumour has it that with the financial downturn it may well be better than expected as they may be able to get more bang with their buck - here's hoping.
