My understanding of the international version of Australian Rules is there are caps on how many Australian expat players are allowed, the vast majority are from the locals.

That's correct Burgs, interesting enough they play on Rugby fields and play 10 a side as well. Even though my brother and I have passports and my brother lives there he is still counted as an Aussie as he went to high school in Australia.
