The look on the face of that woman in the car next to us as we turned onto Leach Hwy was priceless

I'm sorry I bailed. I was hideously sick for the whole weekend so I wouldn't have needed a beer to be on the floor I would have been useless I'm afraid

    Congrats to all

well after our achievement I think we should celebrate.

The Perth Beer International Beer Festival is coming to Perth on 10 & 11 January 2009 located at Langley Park on the Swan River foreshore.

The festival will showcase local, national and international beers in a huge licensed area giving patrons a chance to sample a wide range of different beers. Drink tasting tickets start at $1. This is an ideal opportunity to try a selection of beers you may not have previously tasted.

There is entertainment for the whole family with carnival rides and side show alley, live music and DJ’s, fashion parades and displays. Activities include a rock climbing wall, sporting events and a free kids play area.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks are available.

Parking is located around Langley Park but patrons are encouraged to use public transport. Free shuttle buses will operate from the festival to the main bus, train and ferry depots in the evenings.

Festival organisers, Acos Events, encourages responsible drinking practices.

    Friends,

It was fantastic to see so many of you all together at the awards night. It made me think of the old days where we had so many social events.

So you are all here by summonsed to appear before the bar…….. again.
For those of you who remember the rules, go now and grab a training ale.

    For those don’t………..

There is a sacred list upon which lie the names of only the most deserving, brave and incredibly handsome people. Some say these are not born of man but of the gods, others say it was a horrible genetic experiment combining the DNA of Arthur Guinness, Gerard Heineken, Sebastien Artois and Humphrey Bogart. But unfortunately most refer to them as a bunch of drunks.

We will attempt to beat our previous record of 4hrs 13mins with 17 people to consume as a team 141 different beers.

The Paddington Ale House 141 Club
    TWF.com.au time 2hrs 45min

    Can it be done?
Lets not just have a beer for Normie let's have 141 of them.
