Collier used to teach at Scotch, he's not too bad a bloke actually, though from memory he would be more interested in a new tennis court* to replace the Superdome than a new rectangular ground, but none the less he is a decent dude.

Pidgin? Sounded like a 100% accurate translation of the message to me.

Thought I'd send his office this little message anyway......................

    Hi Peter,

I hope your office manager didn't really do this to Gerry's message.

Ocean Reef Electorate - Western Force Rugby Supporters Site

A lot of us voters are taking this issue very seriously. In fact lots of us see so little between Labor & LIberal that it will decide how we vote.

    nice one Shasta.....

I am taking this so seriously I will vote for whatever party commits to a rectangualr stadium. And I think there are 20 odd THOUSAND rugby supporters who will do the same.

I heard on the radio that there are 70,000 new enrollments since the last election. And if we are to believe the pundits a LOT of them are from Rugby nations ie South Africa, Kiwis and Poms.

In the end the only candidate Ocean Reef who replied to my queries about a rectangular stadium was the Albert Jacob who got in.

I sent his a message on his web site late last night and much to my surprise (mustn't be a big drinker)

    Albert Jacob 8:36am

    Hi Gerry,

    Thank you.

So you know, I also bought it up with Colin Barnett when he visited Beaumaris Sports Assosiation and he seemed to be quite keen on the idea.

    Regards,

    Albert
