Allowing only your subconscious to be the basis of all judgements will lead you to make judgements based on emotions, fear and prejudice. You should know your own limitations and take these into account when judging people if you wish to share these judgements with any hope of credibility. Crikey - I think I need more beers ...

Settle down officer. I was remembering from political and legal studies from yr 11 and 12 (7 years ago), thats about the limit of my legal training. I'm well aware of what it is, just was unsure if it was applicable, hence the question mark. I will assume from your response it is not.

sorry, i should have been more specific.
subcounciously you judge people. and your concious mind is aware of these judgements, and either affirms or modifies them accordingly. so its not all controlled by emotions. there is logic involved.
if you met someone when they were extremley pissed off. you might subconciously think they are a prick. but your concious mind realises that they were not their usual self. and thus you go into your next meeting with them with an open mind
