Apparently the Carbon Bar at Burswood has come up with a new gimmick to get the punters in. Celebrity bartenders. On Saturday they had 4 Forcemen behind the bar, including the legend that is A J Whalley and Troy Takiari. Why the marketing people at Burswood didn't notify TWF of this is a mystery but they have been informed. They will be doing the same for the Bledisloe match on the 27th of this month. I might open negotiations and try to organise us the Force Members 25% drink discount. Any takers?

It was in the Cut Out Pass newsletter. Probly would have gone if certain people wouldn't have been pulled up by security. If all is in order by then wouldn't mind giving it a go for the Bledisloe, assuming there isn't a rival broadcast at the bowlo that night- I'll be flat out making either as it is, apparently my flight doesn't get in till 4:30 that afternoon- I wonder if I can check a suitcase at Casino reception??

a) there are no messages in my outbox to that effect
b) don't expect posts about this sort of stuff from me- leaves me wide open to "you're only interested in rugby to ogle the players" type stuff, which might be unfair, but its just easier to avoid the problem in the first place.
