Agreed, let's replace the groan button with a 'Super Thanks' button or something to that effect.

So do I. It would be boring, but if you read all my posts here you would not find any from me praising Sharpie's work at the breakdown. He's not a standout but not a disgrace either.

Under John Connolly the Wallaby attack was very structured and Mitchell has used similar tactics this year at The Force with the pod of forwards usually around Sharpe taking the first phase to the line mid field then subsequently spreading the ball thru Giteau. I stated my concerns with that here mid season. I thought the strategy worked early and they were winning. But it didn't take long for the other coaches to suss it and some losses followed.

My question is not hiding behind coaches. It is simply making the point that Sharpe has been playing to instructions. One thing I'm pretty sure about is that the current Wallaby coach is unlikely to play anyone who's not delivering what he requires in all areas of the game plan. Also if, Mumm and Horwill deliver and he thinks they fit better, Sharpe won't get back in on incumbency.
