surely they must be allocated to clubs, because if they werent they would all play for one club that had the best perks for them. but the COY situation is a strange one, i cannot see rugbywa giving one team such an advantage like that - if the club does not have the right stuctures in place to keep key players and also recruit new ones that are loyal and stay with the club then i think it is unfair for them to be viewed as a disadvantaged team that needs stacking up with force players.

Yea Timani has helped us out a few games in the second half and junior did last week but thats about it. most teams have force academy players on every game. Tatapu won kalamundas first 5 games for them.
