Shooting Drama Escalates

From SAUCES CLOSE TO THE NRL.

NRL stars Willie Mason and Mark Riddell have received death threats in a disturbing development in the shooting drama that has the Sydney media in an hysterical frenzy.

Police are working overtime to uncover the sauce of the threats but an insider said it could take some time as they had to interview about three and a half million suspects.

In the light of this inside information the SMH has directed it's crack team of investigative journalists to get on the case. A close associate of Chief Hack Grumbles said investigations would concentrate on a shadowy fuel technology company and an unnamed Rugby Club which operates outside the borders of the Eastern States.
