I really hate when you eat green beans that are still a bit crunchy and they make that squeeky noise against your teeth. Grrrrrr.

I thought it was just me! Any green beans make my teeth squeak, regardless of how cooked. It really ruffles my feathers when I eat 'em so I just don't eat 'em. So they don't ruffle my feathers much. So I probably needn't have bothered telling you....sorry

Reckon if I start listing what does ruffle my feathers, I wouldn't get much more work done today (not that I'm achieving much in the first place).
But the ever-increasing depths of stupidity to which the general public seems to aspire would definitely be the richest seam.

Today's prize goes to the customer who decided to turn up for a show, not at the time printed on the tickets, but rather at the time printed on her receipt. Which would be the time she bought the tickets. Which appears alongside the date she bought the tickets, which she of course chose not to notice.

I hate it when you work your butt off in a certain unit at uni and spend all your free time working on the final assignment and slog it out at uni until midnight most nights with your group and then when you get your results, you got the same mark for that unit as you did for women's studies! Which you hated and skipped most of the lectures!

I remember hating it when you do a group assignment with some lazy mongrel who doesn't do a bloody thing, so you work your ass off to finish four people's work...then you get your marks back and get a distinction, only to share this fact with your mates and Mr lazy says (in that I deserved it voice) 'oh yeah I got one too'

Trouble is Mrs Shasta makes a mean Thai red curry and snake beans are a must, for her anyway. Left in the fridge overnight and the beans go soggy and non-squeaky after the curry permeates everything. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
