A lesson in rest and re conditioning

Yesterday's win to re claim the Chapelly-Hadley trophy was a classic lesson for the Kiwis in how to "rest and re condition" your best players during a minor tournament in the lead up to a World Cup, go on and win the World Cup with those players and then go back and reclaim the original title
