God help us if they let Tony Dempsey run the club. A guy who claims to run a players association yet makes a quick opportunistic buck on the side whenever the players need help. How can this guy run a players associaton and bill the association for legal advice o the players who already pay part of their salary for the association to exist? obviously he is not answerable to the players...seems absurd to me that he can be inolved in profiting from the players he claims to help.

The main point of the post imho was to inform us of information we may not have known, not pointing out whether we are a Provence, or a club...

the media keep saying dempsey is being touted as a possible replacement for O'Meara. Hopefully it is just stirring and there is no truth in it. I was just quoting from the recent media articles about Henjak and dempseys involvement in the hush money. easy to find on the net - don't you guys read the papers? I am not stating anything new.
Oh and The Western Force is a franchise,not a provence. The use of "club" is quite acceptable as a general term in an informal forum such as this. Apologies for causing such offence as to trigger The Man (or is it The Boy?) into name calling.

I would say there is certainly some "pressure" on O'Meara that is cosistent with the leaking of information from the ARU which is generally a result of his own actions. Time will tell I guess.
