If you know TLH then you know he is about as happy with daylight saving as he would be if you sh*t in his sandwiches....
But i love DLS, more time to enjoy the evenings....

Wow what's not to like about DLS? Who wants sunlight shining through the bedroom windows at 5am? I'd much rather hit the beach til 7:30pm and then get some dinner at dusk.

Anyone who disagrees is just crazy.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

So your not a fan TLH? Careful what you say about office johnnies, we aint all like that you know....... we don't all wear shiny pants!

BTW, I just don't see the point. Surely there is more important things to do than bugger around with the clocks every summer? Can understand Tasmania having DLS, but we get a fair wack of daylight anyhow. You know the one thing about DLS that really gets me - it f@#&s up my outlook calendar every time, don't know where I'm 'spposed to be - such is the life of an office johnny............

Harrys right, there are more important things to spend time doin
Like going to the beach/river in the morning when its cool and you can enjoy it.

I reckon 11 hours (average) of sunshine a day over summer is more than enough.

Might just be me, but I didn't think daylight saving affected the hours of sunlight in the day - just what time it starts!

I don't like daylight saving - it worked ok in Canberra but here it seems to have a bigger effect. I prefer to go to the beach in the mornings in summer cos its windy in the arvo, but with daylight saving its not as warm early on. And I seem to be spending longer at work cos you look outside and it's still bright sunlight!
