Bit of a stretch to say they nearly won. Thats like saying that the Force nearly beat the Tahs this year. Tahs were too good though.
The shining jewel in the crown of rugby is the rwc final, and it certainly needs some polish.
I spose I can't expect that the 2 'best' teams in the tournament should play the 'best' game in the final. At least they could have served up something a little better though.
Good to see the Smirking Gnome get his paws on the Cup though. Well done Eddie!
