We're gearing up for the semi finals and naturally it's all about our final four combatants- the Rams, Rays, Spirit, and Rebels. But let's not dismiss the sides that took part in the regular ARC season and have now exited the competition. The Sydney Fleet, Canberra Vikings, East Coast Aces, and Ballymore Tornadoes may not have made the upper echelon of the ARC this season, but it's worth taking a look back at how they fared in 2007, and which players shone for the best of the rest. The ARC may be over for these teams this year, but there were plenty of signs throughout the 8 weeks to indicate they' won't be in the finals wilderness for too long.

Definately! That old dryed out sauce bottle is always half empty.
