    yeah - look at those missed tackles!

    Morahan and Cummins i think are inflated due to a couple of length of the field tries.
    DHP gets a lot of ball - should kick as much though...
    Brache missed more tackles than i expected, i always thought he was solid in defense.

    Backs did not score any where near enough tries...

    Best try scorer in the backs was Ryan Louwrens with Half a try per game.

    Out of eleven Backs who posted stats we sill only averaged 1.5 tries a game in total, that's atrocious!

    We need to get rid of four of the eleven to name at any point which means we're more likely to score 1.155 tries per game!

    If we look at some of the names sitting on zero tries even that's optimistic!

    I was surprised by that too. however looking at his style of tackle it is very old school when in broken play, (around the ankles and squeeze) and he always seems to bring down the player eventually. I think the stat comes from the rush defense, quite often it is the easier defence to get around but it does slow players for others to bring them down. Id have Marcel over Morahan every day of the week.
