Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

I'm confused Muddly. I'm presuming you'd keep HB at 11? So do you mean...

    13-CTM
    14-Mozza
    15-Hayward

Surely you wouldn't swap Marcel out for Godwin at 12?

I was just reading it as too many wingers wfds. Ignore the marcel thing and the rest of it stands pretty well. I would usually argue against wholesale changes this early in the season, but the disgust I felt on Saturday when it looked as though the whole bunch were just going through the motions does justify the big stick coming out.

Even HoneyBadger has been atypically quiet this season!

    Understood GIGS. Maybe this then....

9 Prior - Albys looking too comfy
10 Sias - deserves a start after his performance last week
    11 Cummins
    12 Kyle
13 Mozza - Rasolea is shit
14 Stubbs - Paddy is shit & Isreal Dagg is still having Stubbs nightmares
15 Hayward - cos Mozza needs to play & Rasolea is shit

With Sias (and the rest of the backline for that matter) it depends on the game plan they are given. If Sias is told to 'tonk it downfield' whenever he gets his hands on it then he is not going to ignore this and play a running rugby game for fear of being dropped next week for not following instructions.

Sometimes I think there is way too much analysing, planning & strategising. Why not just let the players play their natural game a bit more? Never used to be so complicated!

Correct. Drop Delit and Marcel to the bench.

It's just a little bit scary that one aggressive tackle is enough to gain cult status in this backline!
