    His Mum has terminal cancer he clearly can't so he should have stood down from playing at the start of the year.

    The answer is that the Reds, including management, coach and other players don't get informed by the RA integrity unit on a first breach.

    The guy still got fined 27 grand for it but there is no match suspension and a confidentiality clause for a first offence.

    That's the national policy. It's similar to sports including AFL.

    Should be first offence.No different to any other work place. Majority of us would get sacked if we failed workplace drug tests.
