ASIC might be interested in that too, maybe?

They should be as people were unable to follow through on their expressions of interest due to the doubt over the Force's future and ARU's stalling tactics. This reduced the income available to keep the Force more financially viable and capability of purchasing back the IP.

Except the ARU have admitted they ignored the Own The Force campaign in their giant spreadsheet.

Actually IIRC Clyne gave evidence that they did allow OTF and Road Safety in the spreadsheet but Rugby WA still came up short. If there are to be contempt charges surely they would be compelled to present it at last.

Yeah but the presentation of committee reports is way down the order of business so won’t be before about 3pm Canberra time again I don’t reckon.

Having looked at OOB like it will be closer to 5pm AEDT maybe that Senator Siewert did that deliberately. At least the Dynamic Red will be up a lot earlier WA time than today so there is a better idea of the times.

No, the Standing Orders dictate the OOB for each day. On Wednesdays, all morning is taken up with Gov business I think. Other business doesn’t start til 2pm and committe reports come after 3 or 4 other things. Can’t recall what they are though. 5pm is probs a good estimate though.

I will get on it tomorrow and post it on here as soon as I can so when people wake up in WA they will have an idea of when it will be tabled.

As for the Government review in to the report it will be interesting to see when that will be written up.

Dynamic Red up in to doesn't give you an indication of when it will be tabled. A lot depends on how quickly they can move through the formal motions.

They have flown through the morning's schedule pretty quickly which is a good sign.

Mr Gray has felt the need to make a statement - sounds like a pathetic attempt to discredit a witness (imo)

Its pathetic. They obviously know that Peter Leahy has been an 'on camera' whistle blower and have tried to discredit him. Very school boyish.

Cheers, another MRRU, VRU, Imperium submission that says nothing. Doesn't provide a defence. Received a day after the original due date. Again I am not sure why they contacted these 'people' so late in the piece.

Remember, though, the questions about the trust and so on were asked of Clarke and North first, before Leahy made his statement, so where that information came from is not clear
