Well Technically it was supposed to be X - but the Database that operates the TWF Forum needs a 3 character name.

Then shouldn't it be - 'XXX'

Or is that too risque for you or the Forum?

Seems Hodgo is very busy behind the scenes building up all the squads for next year

Earlier this week, Harbour Rugby Football Club president Lance Spence revealed Harbour was losing four players to the Singapore-based Asia Pacific Dragons side which will play in the Rapid Rugby tournament planned for next year.

I would think that particular recruitment would be the handiwork of Ryan Martin, the APD coach, himself recruited from Dunedin

He was attack coach for Ranfurly Shield holders Otago so he has some Mitre-10 sideline time. l reckon he'll do a decent job in Singapore.

This is how I imagine that Twiggy could possibly recover the $100-200 Mil or more that he is likely to pour into making GRR a huge success over the next 5 years. He can buy all the worlds top players especially after the World Cup to get TV world wide coverage and ratings. His potential audience across Asia, Aus/NZ, India, Europe, USA and elsewhere could dwarf English Premier rugby or Super. He will own GRR rights.

Premiership Rugby is confident of completing a "landmark" investment deal with a private equity company by the end of the year, according to senior figures within the organisation.

British media reported that Luxembourg-based CVC Capital Partners, previously the commercial rights holders for Formula One, have offered more than £200m for a minority share in the business.

Like you, I haven't bothered in months (make that a year or more) to read stuff posted on The Roar.
Whenever I've made the mistake in the past of looking at that forum, it's been Trollsville Central - a place for Internet sociopaths to get their jollies by provoking adverse reactions from other readers.

he is taking a chance, considering egg chasing is not in the top 10 of world fan bases (below hockey, netball & table tennis).
i think people in rugby union forget how small the fan base is.
hopefully GGR will be a great success, not only financially, but to attract new fans around the world.

President of Malaysia rugby tweeted about 5hrs ago that he was in a meting with GRR finalizing the Malaysian GRR team so there should hopefully be a big announcement about the Malaysian team sometime soon.
