Too many people are willing to forgive bad behaviour because they believe the player is 'essential'

................................if you can't be self disciplined off the field then you can't do it on the field
and it's more important on the field if you want to win games.

Bloody funny given that if anyone will benefit from it, they will. The levy is basically so they can continue to pour money into NSW and Q'ld despite falling revenues - it is not like they give much to anyone else.

The Subbies don't come under that umbrella.

I heard from a friend in NSW that there are moves afoot to disaffiliate the NSWJRU over this shit fight. Where that fits I dunno as they would technically be affiliated the NSWRU rather than ARU, I'd imagine.

I don't think disaffiliating from the ARU would help. Removing the juniors from NSWRU might though.
