Had a few issues with the team from last year into this. Wanted to swap seat sent emails in October they responded that they will call to arranging November which didn't happen and received new cards. Tried to contact them multiple times through December and into July. Got through changed seats, told would receive new card by end of January. Nothing yet, going to give them a call tomorrow.

Yet another stuff up by the membership team.
So my account was two payments behind because of a stuff up by the membership team, they've gone and rectified it by helping themselves to a double payment today despite the original notice that the second make up payment would be taken out on the 22nd of February.
Have they hired morons that can't even handle a simple job such as data entry? I know they won't care about it because we're just a number to them but I am less then impressed.
Go straight to the top, and let him know the problems you're having.. Have to admit it's a shemozzle..
I sent an email to RugbyWA solely because I prefer to have stuff like this in writing. I will be giving them a call if I am not satisified with the outcome though.

Given they've taken the money out before the agreed date it's tantamount to theft. If they don't respond to my email today they can forget about me renewing my membership next year.
I've got the opposite problem, in that I think they haven't taken any money at all since that initial payment. Not sure if my CC details caused an issue, or what, but I guess they'll chase me up...

I'd had 10 years with no problems and then this year its gone pear shaped. And it's not like i ever put in for a seat change or anything. All I want is my proper membership card.......and a Super Rugby title.....its not much to ask :-)
