Luke Holmes, Pat OConnor , as well as Brownie and AJ to play after the S14
NO WONDER THE TRAINER HAD ACap on!
Boff Hardy played for Uni and Dane Haylett-Petty Scored 3 tries for Gordon
We may as well get used to this website!

HOW IS THIS HELPING THE KWIK PREMIERSHIP?
As you already know, its not.
AJ should go to Cott as previous, Brownie can come to Wanneroo and bring Pocock with him.
Drew can go anywhere but Wanneroo.
Gits wanted to come to Wanneroo but we said no.
On a serious note all the force boys not committed to the Wallabies during the test season or on the bench during the super 14 season should be playing in the local comp full stop and heres a few more..........
I noticed the large number of Force player playing in Sydney from the Rugby 365 preview. Very disappointing isn't it. But its a major catch 22. The ARU won't give the WA or ACT club scene any money so of course the level will be lower than Sydney and Brisbane. Because the level is lower it isn't as good for preparing players for the Super 14 (not that the Sydney or Brissie comps are that great). And because it isn't that good preparation wise the players who could improve the level aren't there. I suppose we can only hope that the Force is on the ball with juniors- bloody shame for the late bloomers though. Over time the level of the WA comp should go up naturally as more and more young players get time with coaches and in academies etc.
On the upside. Three tries to DHP. Shaping up to be a nice little product.

A great business plan isn't it. Pay for your employees to work for your competitors.
It's this great thinking that creates respect and loyalty.
So why can Daruda play in local comp and the likes of DHP etc go to Sydney???

Because he wants to?
Well, in the case of DHP, probably for proximity to Sevens training. The others though...
Pek and Haig Sare are also from warringah.Pat and Luke needed game time and syd uni was a good game to test them, especially Luke as his position is uncertain,he scored a try and was quick around the field. The rats scrum also looked pretty solid.
I suspect that it is also an indication that boof will get a game soon and they may even be looking at beef as well.
Err ...no James, this is going to happen every week. The players are free to play where they want if not selected in the Force squad.
I've go no doubt that the NSW/QLD clubs will pay their return airfares, out of money given them by the ARU. You know, the money earmarked for player development, money that belongs to all states but stays in NSW/QLD.
What a crock.
Troy T turned out(I like that)for Nedlands on Saturday
I was being optimistic/hopeful that it would only be the one week but to be honest I kind of expect it to be a continued thing. Just hopeful the numbers were only so high last weekend because the Force were playing in Sydney. I wonder if John Mitchell/staff watch the local games? Would be a good reason to play locally if you wanted to push for selection.

The timing of these players coincided with the tahs game,so Im sure JM had his spies at the game prior to the tahs match.
The reason some players will comeback after S14 is because they will want to be in line for Wallaby selection. And the only comp that Deans and co will look at is the Syd or Bris club comp. They picked 2 players last year straight from the syd comp, kepu and alexander.Cant see them picking anyone from WAs Kwik comp.
The classic in all this is that in the NSWRU report for 2009-10 they will have.
Australian 7's representatives.
