Quick query. Has anyone else had any issues with their membership card for this year?
Only I was sent a Diamond one, but it had Gold on the back.. and then sent another and asked to destroy the first one?

Thanks. Yes I've had a similar issue although I was downgraded to a supporter member which means I could only attend 1 home game for the year! So my card has no reserved seating included on it at all. I've been chasing this up since I got my original pack before Christmas but still haven't received a new card yet. A bit disappointing that despite two emails where I've received an automatic reply with a "case number" and a message that "a member of the Force membership team will be in contact within 2 business days" that I still haven't heard anything almost 3 weeks later. I spoke with them again at the fan day on Saturday so hopefully someone pulls their finger out. Going into my 11th year of membership but the #belong message isn't quite ringing true.
Moono, I had issues with the membership team getting back to me last year. I had to write an email saying "I haven't heard from you despite 2 attempts, see case numbers XXX & XXX" before I got a response.

Thanks Sheikh. I have the email trail with the case numbers ready if I need to take it further. I'm happy for them to try and resolve the situation without being pushy. As I told them, all I want to know is that they are aware that there is a problem and its being fixed. I don't mind if the card doesn't arrive till a few days before the opening game.....just as long as it arrives :-)
I got a junior card even though I'm clearly a grown up, at least that's what my drivers licence says. Took them a while to send out a replacement.
