If Sheehan can't make the Wales game, can we get another scrum-half out in time?

Didn't Giteau play scrum-half? He's only in France!

Brendan McKibben has been called up. I don't really know much about him so can't say whether I prefer him or Phipps for the run-on.

And can someone explain the last penalty to me?
To be fair, we were doing shots of tequila, I had AAC and Sharpe (half shot for ball carry, fight, tackle, and full shot for a try (or boot) score, any cards or major amazement) so I was a little blurry eyed by the 60th minute…

But how, why, did that last penalty get called at our attacking 22, and then the ref walked the Italians to their attacking 10m, dead centre, where the Orq managed to miss…
why the f* was the ball marched halfway up the other end when our infraction was on our attacking line!?

When a penalty is given from a kick (i.e. taking a player in the air, off-side), the receiver gets to choose to take the penalty from where the ball is kicked (i.e. their attacking 10m line).

Only the Italians could have rolled around on the ground like that. Here is an idea: You injure your side so roll around on it until it feels better.

ah. I think Im mixing up another passage of play! I thought the ball walked up the pitch from another infringement, but youre right, it was the chip... makes sense now!
