A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...

I doubt Robbie Deans or Jim Williams can help it. To help a prop, you need a prop to step in and assist. I say, get Bill Young or maybe one of the retired english props to come in as Front Row Coach.
Good call. Get in a prop-star to help out.

I reckon we should also send like 3 or 4 of the young props (under 20) we have to England or France where they could learn from better scrummagers and get more quality games under their belt to improve their technique. There are a half a dozen Australian coaches between the GP, Magners or Top 14 I'm sure one of them is patriotic enough to take on a few young guys for the future of Australian Rugby.

The ARU should also pay props more. At the moment there is noone worth paying more sure but propping potential can probably make more money playing as a flanker or a hooker so tell the young kids that if you can become a superstar prop we'll through heaps of cash at you. They should also look into cloning Ben Darwin. He's about the last good quality tight-head we've had.

You'd only get Wild Bill in to Coach these Props because they are crap and he is the master of making a scrummaging silk purse out of a sow's ear!
There is no one in recent times better than Young at milking penalties for an inferior pack to cover for the ineptitude around him, so yes, Trestle and Donut could certainly use his tutoring!

For the rest of our potentials we should use ever favour Dingo has gained to poach Mick Cron for a season to Coach our best, our future and our Forwards Coaches, now that would be money well spent!

Plan B is to utilise Topo, who has offered his services unsuccessfully previously, arguably the best to wear a Wallaby Cap.

Longer term the ARU needs to bite the bullet and develop a "Scrum School" for our tight five players around the country to spend significant time each season developing their skills.

I agree, he had nothing on Saturday night, time to blood another young bloke along with Horwill, I pick one of the Force locks to do the job, unfortunately Hockings is injured but he would be a shoe in I would think, Mummy can look after it until Hockings is better.

Sharpie just looks tired and exhausted at the moment, i think he needs some time off to recharge the batteries, Mumm played well when he came on, brought a lot of enthusiasm to the pack
